A Forced Revolution

A Forced Revolution
By: Carmen Cooper

The burning of all but easy difficult of making graces with you, I barely know

I am indecisive, I use to know what it fell like to fall, I cannot remember

I'm lost in the translation of my words, I don't understand either

If I had courage I could stand up and quietly, redeem myself from holding you back

But at last I cannot make it go away

Forget all that was said, I fail to understand

I care, I told you last night you can

I do not deny, I know you are lost

But I found you

I will not say sorry

You want it, you are the owner of your emotional breakdowns

Hurt holds you by the shoulders but push it away

It isn't real, just a nightmare

So wake up, you are not dead yet; open the coffin and walk out from the shadows

Let the light beckon you

You fight it but it is forbidden

No more

No more

No more

You plead, so shut up

Don't stand there

Fight

Fight

Fight

And cast it away

Apologies are false, they are useless

It all ends here, Let the war begin!
